Life Church Saves Time and Money with Cross Media's Online and Offline Marketing Solutions
Problem
In 2006, Life Church was growing rapidly. The church planned to expand
from 12 campuses to 50 campuses across the United States in the next
few years. Life Church needed marketing applications that could support
its growth while saving money, improving turnaround time and protecting
its brand.
Solutions
Offline Applications

Cross Media implementing an offline application for the church´s weekly
bulletins. It is comprised of a template that can be updated quickly.

Cross Media receives all the information from campus pastors and other
bulletin contributors by noon on Wednesdays. The company then drops the
information into the template, prints and ships the bulletins to each campus
on Fridays. Cross Media also produces series mailers and banners using
a similar process. Eventually, these offline applications will be converted
toweb-to-print solutions. Staff members at each campus will go to a web
portal to input information themselves.

Web-to-Print Applications

Cross Media currently supports various groups within Life Church with a
portal. The portal provides approved business cards, invitations, letterhead,
envelopes, letter templates and banners. Users simply log into the systems
with a username and password to order what they need. Because
everything, including costs, has been previously approved, there is no
additional waiting time.
Results
Cross Media has helped Life Church centralize all of its marketing
materials, so all campuses use approved materials and get what they need
in a timely manner. Also, because printing is centralized, the organization
benefits from volume discounts. As Life Church grows, it will be easy to give
new campuses access to the online and offline marketing applications.
